An essential part of every ladies dressing table would be her hair brush and mirror set. These would come in a variety of materials from brass to porcelain to silver.

This example is a hallmarked silver set. The repoussé design was used from the middle of the victorian period - right through to the 1930's. While this set is hallmarked 1938, its design could easily pass for 1880 onwards.

The condition is reasonably good - a couple of dinges to the silver. Mirror in very good condition.
