Pestle and Mortar
These items would have been used in a Victorian household on a daily basis. Cooks would gather fresh herbs and spices and grind to a paste to flavour dishes.

The mortar (Ironstone bowl) measures 18cm diameter at the rim, and 10cm high. The pestle is 19cm in length.
