The book is not only a useful prop, this edition offers an invaluable snapshot into the culinary fashions of 1912. Included in the book are many coloured and black and white plates depicting illustrations of domestic kitchen scenes, popular tinned brands of the day, kitchen appliances, table settings and so forth.
