Large Oval Copper Pan and Lid
These huge copper pans would have been used in large country and town houses. Pity the poor member of the households staff who had to lift these. There are three pans available of this shape, all made in the middle of the Victorian period around 1870-80.
A large copper pan and lid. The body of the pan is constructed from brass with a keyed seam and is tin-lined. The handle is made from iron and is riveted to the body with copper rivets.
