This is a silver plated, urn-shaped champagne bucket with two carrying handles and a decoratve rope edge. This champagne bucket would have been used in a hotel or restaraunt or in the household of somebody of middle to high income.
 
Condition is good with no ware to the silver plate and no dinges or splits.
