A fine pair of earl 19th century large  rummers / goblets,  with a plain bowl on a short stem with a flattened knop ,the  foot has a pontil mark to the underside.
 
These large antique goblets often refered to as rummer ( an anglicised version of the German word “roemer” ) and always of a good size, of all antique glasses these are the most suitable for today, as the bowls are large and make them perfect for small beers and large wines, even a good gin and tonic..
