2 x Late Victorian Bone Covered Pocket/Pen Knives
During the 18th and 19th century most adults would have a small pocket knife. This would be used for anything from aiding needlework to peeling a piece of fruit.
These two knives are quiet fine, with bone panels covering the steel blades and would have been used by a lady. Most sewing kits would contain a small pocket knife, and a lady would also use it for peeling a piece of fruit. It would be considered a necessary accessory of the time. Both knives have folding blades.
In good condition with no splits to the bone, and the blades retract well.
