Edwardian Port / Sherry Glasses in Sprig Design
We currently have 24 sprig white wine glasses in stock.
Red and white wine glasses made around this time were much smaller than modern wine glasses, with white wine glasses being the eqivalent size of a modern day sherry glass and red wine being just a little larger.
This popular sprig design was made in France from 1910 to 1930. We stock various types of sprig glasses, often in large numbers, from small liqueur glasses to big water goblets.
The last photo is an example of what we have in this suite, all with identical straight stems and sprig design. We also stock other 1910- 1930s sprig glasses with faceted stems.
These glasses are available for hire only, you can hire however many of the ones we have in stock that you need. If you need larger numbers please contact us as we may have more back from hire that have not yet been updated on the website.
Dimensions: approximately 13cm tall, 7cm diameter bowl. These are handmade so there may be minor variations of a millimetre or two in in the heights of these.
