Very Large Shallow Copper Pan with Lid

A large copper pan and lid. These huge copper pans would have been used in large country and town houses, I pity the poor member of the households staff that had to lift these.
 
A Victorian Large copper shallow pan with lid, These type of cook pots would be tin lined to stop the copper from tainting the food.It has a rolled seam to the edge of the pan and riveted iron handle.
 
The condition is good and solid and the tined interior is in tact, the lid has some dinges.
 
Dimensions of the pan : 45cm x 34cm, the length from the edge of the pan to the edge of the handle is 63cm
