Homeopathy was developed in the late 18th century by Samuel Hahnmann a respected doctor in Germany. Hahnmann believed that "like cures like" and that minute concentrations of a particular toxin could cure the very same symptom; think poison ivy to treat rashes. This therapy was used extensively during the Victorian era and beyond. Most chemists of the day would stock these items.

This a group of 6 cardboard tubes ( some still sealed ) each holding a glass bottle complete with its remedy.

In general good condition, as the tubes are cardboard there are some slight scuffs to the card.

Dimensions: each tube measures 9 cm high
