Pair of Edwardian Ironstone Tureen's
Ironstone ware, or most commonly called just ironstone, is a type of vitreous pottery first made in the United Kingdom in the early 19th century. It was developed by potters in Staffordshire, England as a cheaper, hard-wearing alternative to porcelain.
These are a lovely pair of ironstone tureens dated 1903. Comprising of 2 tureens with lids and one plate stand.
Condition is very good with no cracks or chips.
