SKU: RJ00919
£50.00Price

Czechoslovakia (once called Bohemia) was a sovereign state in Central Europe that existed from October 1918, when it declared its independence from the Austro-Hungarian Empire. Bohemia which was later named Czechoslovakia,  was famous for producing fine quality glass, in particular coloured glass, a popular technique used in these workshops was to cut or engrave a design into the coloured glass to expose the clear glass beneath.

This is a lovely Bohemian decanter, the body has a case of red glass with cut shoulders producing a striped effect with the red and clear glass, it also has a fine engraved design of vine leaves to the central body.

Condition is good.
