A Victorian Cased Taxidermy of a Red Squirrel
A good taxidermy red squirell in its original case by J Wright Clifton.
The Victorians were very fond of taxidermy and most moderatly wealthy houses would desplay all manor of birds and animals.
Condition of squirell and foliage is good, there are minor paint chips to the case.
