Large Victorian Olive Cut Goblet - Large Numbers Available
During the late 19th and 20th century, dinner parties became popular. In order to impress your guests, large table settings were required in everything from the glassware, to serving pieces and pottery.
These large cut goblets with a olive cut design would have been used originally as a water glass (today we would use it as a large wine glass) the shape of the bowl is refered to as a round funnel shape and it has a plain tapered stem from the bowl. This is a design we try to carry in stock all the time. If you need large numbers of matching glasses, this is possible in this design. We have 30 of these large goblets available with several different designs to the stem, but the bowl is always the same.
Condition is very good.
Dimensions: average height of 16cm with a bowl diameter of 9cm.
